Journal -
" Get a journal and start writing in it every day! Set your goals. Write about your kid's birthdays, their school and sports activities and special moments. Include your notes from a seminar or sermon. Take notes when at lunch with a friend. Write out your prayer list and/or your daily goals. Think, ponder and dream—and write it down. And then, of course, go back and review often! This process will literally change your life."
Start making small changes in 2009 and you will begin to see BIG results!
Happy New Year!
Regards,
Warren

Do you feel your best?
For years I have been teaching the importance of having goals in the 7 core areas of your life (Family, Financial, Career, Mental/Self-development, Social, Physical and Spiritual). A primary area, of course is Physical Health.
Let me ask you a few questions…
Do you feel your best?
Are you taking daily action towards improving or maintaining your health?
(Of course with any change in your physical health you should consultant your physician.)
How much energy do you have mid-afternoon?
I have a work out program that I have been following with my personal trainer. I also made a lifestyle change with my eating habits.
It finally occurred to me that I am what I eat…have you had that same thought?
Even though I am working on eating healthily, I know that I cannot get all the nutrients I need in my daily meals.

Talk or Walk
Ever notice how people talk, talk talk?
I think I want to live in Florida next January.
We really should go on a nice vacation, somewhere.
Wouldn't it be fun to work at home doing...
Or, I would love to start my own business.
As you listen to yourself, do you have a talk list? Things you would love to do?
How do you get those things, interesting goals, dreams, memorable events from the talk list to the walk list?
Let's start by having you identify those things.
Here is an activity: List everything that you just talk about that someday you are going to do.
(you have heard of "someday isle"!)
As you know, nothing gets accomplished until you transfer it from your talk list to your walk list.
It is okay to have a talk list. It is important to talk about it, share it and ponder ways to bring it to life. Realize that nothing is going to happen until you put it on your walk list.
When you have a clear vision of what you want to do next, move it to your walk list.
Once it moves to your walk list you can get more specific about how and when you are going to accomplish it.
As you become more self-aware you will see things happen, talk to walk.
Stop talking and get into action!
Make it a great day,
Warren
